Beirut Bazar Dinner + Show Giveaway

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter is METRO ARTS Ltd whose registered office is 111 Boundary Street, West End, QLD 4101 on behalf of the Beirut Bazaar.
  2. The prize consists of two dinner packages, which upgrade the existing ticket holders to a Dinner + Show package. 
  3. The winners will receive a free dinner package for themselves and a friend at Beirut Bazaar. Please see webpage listing for full details. 
  4. Only BUNKER ticket holders are eligible to win the prize.
  5. The competition is open to residents of Australia only.
  6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. By entering this competition, you agree to receive information and marketing communications via email, mail or phone.
  8. You have the right to unsubscribe from Metro Arts emails at any time via a link provided at the bottom of all email communications.
  9. Two winners will be picked and contacted by Tuesday 18 October, 2022.
  10. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. Entry is free and to be submitted online only. One entry per email address will be accepted. 
  12. Winners will be chosen by random by an electronic system. Only one prize per winner will be allocated. 
  13. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable. No further correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition outcome. 
  14.  If for any reason any winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash.
  15. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
  17. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  20. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
