LANEWAY EVENT: Scene Roulette

A FREE weekly community event and workshop for actors to flex their muscles and meet other creatives.
Facilitated by Imperfect creatives and supported by Metro Arts

Facilitated by Imperfect Creatives and held in our Metro Arts Laneway and bar, Scene Roulette is a FREE weekly community event for actors to trade the pressure of prep for the joy of play.

Participants spin for a script, workshop a scene, film it with a professional set up, and receive the tapes. All in one night! It’s a space for the whole community to step in front of the camera or just grab a drink, meet other artists and watch creatives work in real time.

Dates & Times
Scene Roulette runs on Fridays from 5:00pm.

Upcoming dates are: 22 & 29 May 2026.

Please Note: Scene Roulette will not run on Friday, 15 May 2026.

Eligibility
This workshop is open to creatives of all disciplines, with no level of skill required.

Price
This is a FREE workshop, but requires registration to participate, click the link below and register. Registration is not required to attend.

Join the audience and enjoy the spectacle, or come along and perform.

The workshop takes place in the Metro Arts Laneway and bar, located at 97 Boundary Street, West Village, West End, QLD 4101.
