Box Office is open one hour prior to show commencement.
Concessions accepted for events presented at Metro Arts are for full-time students, pensioners, unemployed health care card holders, MEAA members and Metro Arts members only, unless otherwise specified. Concession cards and ID must be shown when collecting tickets or the full price will be charged.
Metro Arts supports the Companion Card program. For patrons who require the assistance of a companion or carer, a second ticket is issued at no cost to the Companion Card holder. Please note that Companion Card tickets can only be booked over the phone, call +617 3002 7100
The Sue Benner Theatre, the Basement and the Lumen Room are general admission venues with no reserved seating.

Tickets to shows ticketed by Metro Arts are available for purchase through our online box office system, telephone during business hours (10am – 4pm) and at the box office 1 hour before the event.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY //
Metro Arts does not offer refunds unless a performance is cancelled. Exchanges are possible only when Metro Arts receives the original ticket receipt 48 hours in advance of the date for which you are wishing to exchange. Please note that Metro Arts does not manage bookings for all ticketed events. Some events presented at Metro Arts are managed directly by the presenter using their own ticketing and facilities, and they must be approached directly for refunds, exchanges and other ticket-related queries.
