Nancy Stilianos’s practice centres around the local and global effects of mass consumption; searching for ways the locally made and grown may be used in everyday life and in art for positive change. Stilianos has exhibited at Our House Gallery, London, in 2012 as part of Daily/Weekly, an exchange between Camberwell College of the Arts, London, and Queensland College of Art, Brisbane. Past works include the Fort Project included in the 2011 Under the Radar program as part of Brisbane Festival. Stilianos has also exhibited at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art, Logan Art Gallery, as well as with local artist run initiative, The Wandering Room. In 2016 she completed a Master of Fine Arts at the Queensland College of Art in Brisbane.
