Aleea Monsour is an aspiring performer, collaborator, director, set and costume designer and community theatre practitioner. She is an amateur musician and giant puppeteer. She is passionate about the power of theatre and the arts as an agent for change and a way of engaging with people from all walks of life. She is personally inspired to engage with the roles and voices of women in theatre and art.
Recently she has worked as researcher, writer and producer of Remembering Palestine, collaborator in the student production Taming of the shrew: a grateful chorus, stage manager for Hot Brown Honey Burlesque, and set designer for Brisbane (a doing word).
