NOTE: Metro Arts does not manage bookings for all ticketed events. Some events staged at Metro Arts manage their own ticketing, and must be approached directly for refunds, exchanges and other ticket-related queries.

Refund and exchange policy
Metro Arts does not offer refunds unless a performance is cancelled. Exchanges are possible only when Metro Arts receives the original ticket receipt 48 hours in advance of the date for which you are wishing to exchange. For further information or to arrange an exchange, pending availability, please contact Metro Arts on (07) 3002 7100.

 

Concessions
Concessions accepted for events staged at Metro Arts are for full-time students, pensioners, unemployed health care card holders, MEAA members and Metro Arts members only, unless otherwise specified. Concession cards and ID must be shown when collecting tickets or the full price will be charged.

 

Seating
The Sue Benner Theatre and the Studio are general admission venues with no reserved seating.

 

Box Office
Box Office is usually opened 1 hour prior to show commencement, however times may vary depending on the production.

 

Pre-show and interval drinks
Pre-show and interval drinks may be purchased from the Verve Café located in the Basement of the Metro Arts Building. Contact Verve Café for opening hours on (07) 3221 5691 or www.vervecafe.com.au

 

Cloak Room
There are no cloak room facilities at Metro Arts.
